Bob is the best! Let me mention that applies to his team as well. If Bob's team doesn't provide a particular service he always provides a referral. He tells me to them I'm a friend of his. Today for example I needed my key fob battery changed out. He said they don't do that but sent me across the street to Auto Sound Barrier. 10 bucks and a few minutes and now I can count on my car starting! I've been a customer since 1997 and am bringing my fourth vehicle to Bob and never receive anything less than exemplary service. Thanks so much Bob! I'll say it again, you're the best!

Great experience. They keep it simple, they don’t nickel and dime. They focus on fixing the issue right away and getting it done as soon as possible. Not to mention, they inspected my car for free, after we fixed our own brake pads and rotors at home, to make sure we did everything correctly. All is well! Thank you.

This is a great place to take your car for auto maintenance. They always check everything and call you to let you know if something needs service that you didn't know about and explain why. They do excellent work, are always friendly and nice, and I trust them to do a great job. If there's an available coupon to help reduce cost, they will let you know and apply it to your bill. Definitely my go-to care auto shop.

I called to reschedule my appointment for an earlier time, only to find out that I had missed it. I mistakenly thought it was on a different day. Despite this mix-up, a very kind gentleman asked when I could come in, and I suggested the next day. He smoothly changed my appointment for that day. When I arrived, another polite gentleman, whom I believe was named bob , took my information and mentioned he’d call me once my car was ready, so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby for long hours. About 30-40 minutes after I left my car, I received a call from Car X, during which they explained their findings along with the services I initially requested: wheel alignment, oil change, and filter replacement. Ultimately, I only approved one of the three recommendations. Rather than feeling upset about not proceeding with everything, I appreciated the gentle manner of the person on the phone; he said it was no problem and that they would continue with the agreed repairs. My car was completed promptly, and as soon as I drove it, I could feel the difference. They did an excellent job, and I wholeheartedly recommend this auto shop.
