Sam is awesome he listen and understands the customers concerns. The staff that follows him are hard workers. I would recommend this CarX on 3244 Irving Park to anyone. I had a situation with another location and I called this CarX and they took care of me. Thanks a bunch guys

I happened to have my car smoke up near this location, and it was meant to be. Nelson and Sam are such good people. And really made me feel great about leaving my car in their hands. The mechanics do a great job, and the RIGHT job. They really know what they’re doing and dealing with at this location. Brought it in before I had to get emissions tested. They go above and beyond, and I am so grateful!!

Sam is an awesome human. I am more than paranoid about my vehicle, especially after 10 years of ownership. He walked me through each item and was very honest throughout all of my superstitious questions. He made me confident in his knowledge, and I now trust the entire team here. Awesome group!

Had some car trouble during a recent cross country move where all indicators on my car lit up the dash at the same time. I scheduled a last-minute appointment and they got in to see me. They were very polite and up front about their procedures and the cost of diagnostics versus repairs. They were able to reset the onboard computer and were kind enough to waive all diagnostic and repair costs. Would definitely return if I were still living in Chicago!
