Very bad experience. The truck we trusted them with ended up in worse conditions. When they tried taking the truck to get an estimate they ended up crashing it more while the tow truck was taking it in. Took forever to send over paperwork to the insurance company. I had to continue to bug them and even had to go to Carstar just for them to do their job. 0/10 recommend. They take way longer than it…

I had a wonderful experience with Carstar. They took as much care with my Jeep as they have with high end vehicle I observed the staff servicing. The staff is personable while remaining professional. Had my car with these guys for a little longer than I was anticipating, but at the end of the day, they did a great job fixing it. She looks good as new. Carlos was very accommodating and I really appreciate his communication and honesty with me throughout the process. Also shout out to Felix, he cleaned up my car so nice and was all around sweet.
