Very bad experience. The truck we trusted them with ended up in worse conditions. When they tried taking the truck to get an estimate they ended up crashing it more while the tow truck was taking it in. Took forever to send over paperwork to the insurance company. I had to continue to bug them and even had to go to Carstar just for them to do their job. 0/10 recommend. They take way longer than it should, just to get money out of the insurance company. They still owe us money due to their lack of service. Carlos is in charge of that location and he’s also very unprofessional. We’ve been waiting for this payment since January.

I had a wonderful experience with Carstar. They took as much care with my Jeep as they have with high end vehicle I observed the staff servicing. The staff is personable while remaining professional. Nice office atmosphere. I would use their service again and would recommend you to do so as well. Thank you Abby and Carlos

Had my car with these guys for a little longer than I was anticipating, but at the end of the day, they did a great job fixing it. She looks good as new. Carlos was very accommodating and I really appreciate his communication and honesty with me throughout the process. Also shout out to Felix, he cleaned up my car so nice and was all around sweet.

I was referred to this body shop and had no idea how it would turn out but I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the attention shown by the owner Carlos and his staff. They kept me informed on my progress and went over and beyond on my vehicle. It was very clean and detailed and even sparkled. The inside was detailed and cleaned as well. He even did a very nice thing for me and my vehicle that was outside of his job and I am very grateful and happy he did because he didn't have to.
